End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Subject Matter

This End User License Agreement governs the use of the software and services provided under haaremy.de, including hmySSO, hmyChat, Olympia26, and associated mobile applications (hereinafter “Software”).

2. License Grant

The provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Decompile, disassemble, or otherwise extract source code (unless required by law)
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Use the Software commercially, rent, lease, or sublicense it
• Use the Software for unlawful purposes
• Circumvent or interfere with security measures

4. Account and Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• You agree to keep your password confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.
• Only one account per person is permitted.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain all rights to content you create through the services (messages, images, team data). However, you grant the provider a non-exclusive license to store and transmit this content as part of service delivery.

You are responsible for the legality of your content and shall indemnify the provider against third-party claims.

6. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the services, you agree to the data processing described therein.

7. Warranty and Liability

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty. The provider is not liable for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Interruptions to service availability
• Indirect damages or loss of profit

The provider's liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence.

8. Termination

• You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting your account.
• The provider may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect upon breach of its terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases.

9. Changes

The provider reserves the right to amend this EULA. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

11. Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Köthen, to the extent permitted by law.
